She was kind, courtesy, and always willing to help. Used her assistant for both buying and selling our homes. Was always willing to show us a home and ensured we saw important details, and made sure nothing was overlooked in our paperwork. Would use her again for future homebuying, but she did so well, I likely won't need to.

Casey was very knowledgeable about what would help make my house move quickly on the market in the price range I was looking. She had the process down when to put it on the market for the best times for showing. She was ready with names for assistance for lawyer help and any other assistance we may have needed. She has beautiful videos done of the home. Although she did so well mine sold within the first two days for the asking price. With a little negotiation. Casey was always easy to contact and always returned my messages. She was a pleasure to work with.

Casey is the one to go to! She steps up and stays on top of everything. From posting our home promptly, taking pictures of upgrades done. If a buyer was interested and she didn’t hear back from them she would talk to their agent. If there were any issues she rectified them immediately. Casey is a beautiful person and understands it’s her job to provide you with all that you need to make the sale of your home as easy as possible.

Previous realtor waited for the house to sell itself. Casey jumped right in with a professional photographer and sending out postcards, etc and sold the house within 2 weeks. I would recommend Casey Close to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a home as she is a wonderful real estate agent who helped me sell my old home and buy a new home just recently. My old home had been on the market one time previously and that makes it harder to sell. Casey is very tech savvy and so was able to use the latest marketing tools to push the sale of our home harder than previously to additional markets. She also has a very knowledgeable team backing her up in a very cohesive manner. When it came to locating a new home, she was very upbeat and ready to show us any home that we requested in a timely manner. Finding a home in our price range with our list of wants/needs wasn’t easy. We almost compromised and were looking at homes that weren’t quite right, but she didn’t stop until we found a home that more than meets our needs. Casey helped us navigate the bumps in the road to successfully come to a smooth close on both houses on the same day. Absolutely wonderful agent! Had our house "under contract" in less then 6 weeks time, while we had been with 3 other realtors before her and the house didn't sell. Answered any questions we had, and gave us any information we needed and gave us a number for someone else if she knew she wasn't going to be in the area. Overall great experience.
